Terms of service
Last revised November 6, 2026. By using BonusGPS you agree to these terms. They are short because the service is simple.
What BonusGPS is
BonusGPS is a planning and tracking tool for bank account and credit card sign-up bonuses. It shows published offers, estimates what they are worth to you, schedules them into a plan and reminds you of deadlines. It does not open accounts for you, hold your money, or give financial, tax or legal advice. See the disclaimer.
Accuracy
We work to keep offer terms current and we show when each was last verified, but we do not guarantee that any offer is available to you, that its terms are as shown, or that a plan will produce the estimated result. You are responsible for confirming terms with the issuer before applying and for your own decisions.
Your account
You must be at least 18 and able to open bank accounts in the United States. Keep your password private and tell us if you think your account has been used without your permission. You are responsible for what happens under your account. One person, one account; the plan is for your own bonuses.
Free and paid plans
The free plan includes the planner, the offer database and tracking of a limited number of bonuses at a time (currently 3). A paid plan adds unlimited tracking and email reminders. Prices, billing periods and the cancellation and refund terms are shown at the moment you subscribe and form part of these terms. You can cancel at any time; the paid features last until the end of the period you paid for.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape the site, overload the servers, probe for vulnerabilities, resell the data, or use the service for anything unlawful, including fraud against a bank. Do not report false data points. We may suspend or close accounts that do.
Content and ownership
The offer database, plans, text and software are ours or our licensors'. You may use them for your own personal planning. Bank and product names belong to their owners. Your own notes and tracked bonuses remain yours; you give us permission to store and process them to run the service, and to use anonymous, aggregated data points as described in the privacy policy.
Limits on our liability
The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, BonusGPS and its operator are not liable for lost bonuses, fees, taxes, declined applications, closed accounts, credit or banking-record consequences, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Ending the service
You can delete your account at any time from the Tracker tab. We may change or discontinue features, and we may terminate accounts that break these terms. If we discontinue the service we will give account holders at least 30 days' notice and a way to export their data.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the revision date above changes when we do, and continued use after that is acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which BonusGPS's operator is located, and any dispute will be brought in the courts there.
